If the table is a medium to dark wood get a used tea bag and wet it a little then dab it on the patch. that should do depending on how bad it is
It removed the finish - the only fix is to refinish it...
i dont think you can fix it
You will have to sand your whole desk and re stain it.
Call the company and see.
