You should be careful with acetone (the main ingredient in nail polish remover). Acetone can dissolve many plastics, and could just make your problem worse.I have a ibook g4 and i tried to clean it with this nail polish remove but made it worst?
What did you try to clean? I would suggest rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip for any kind of cleaning.
