You can leave it open for 20 or 30 minutes to let some of the water evaporate, or you can just wait...the older nail polish gets, the thicker it becomes. How do you make nail polish that is too thin thicker?
Apply one coat,let it dry and add another one

Leave lid off polish the air will thicken it but
be careful it could dry it out
