Yeah so be careful. I didn't listen to this lady who worked at a nail salon and I wore nail polish constantly like really really often and I kept redoing them and stuff and then soon my nails started to go slightly weaker and a little discolored. But I think if you put a base first then it will protect your nail but I'm not 100% sure that it will work so you should check up on that if you're going to paint your nails constantly like me XD

Yeah so be careful.
