Go to Sally's Beauty Supply. They have several salon quality brands and they carry those colors year round.

I have an orange one from Barry M in superdrug. I don't know if they do black though.

Sally is pretty cheap too, and they usually have specials, so you might even find a halloween special with small bottles of both colors.
